Novembre 2011La legge 23 dicembre 1998 n. 448 ha introdotto gli assegni ai nuclei familiari concessi dai Comuni ed erogati dall'INPS a favore delle famiglie con la presenza di almeno tre figli minori.
L'assegno è concesso alle famiglie con cittadinanza italiana o comunitaria con I.S.E.E. non superiore a € 23.200,30 per l'anno 2009.
Le famiglie con cittadinanza extracomunitaria, anche se in possesso della carta di soggiorno, non possono godere di questo beneficio.
Law n. 448 of 23/12/1998 introduced the family allowances that are granted by the Municipalities and distributed by INPS (national institute for social security) to those families with at least 3 underage children.
The allowance is granted to families with Italian or EU citizenship with an I.S.E.E. not superior than € 23.200,30 for the year 2009.
Families with a non-EU citizenship, although in possession of the residency card (or stay permit) cannot benefit from this service.

La domanda per beneficiare dell'assegno può essere presentata da nuclei familiari con almeno tre figli neccessariamenti tutti minorenni, sino al 31 gennaio dell'anno successivo a quello considerato.
Families with at least 3 children resulting underage can present their request for family allowance till the 31st of January of the year following the one in consideration.

E' necessario presentare la domanda ogni anno.
Il contributo è erogato successivamente dall'INPS, mendiante l'inoltro diretto ai benenficiari di assegno bancario.
Families should present their request every year.
The allowance is distributed by INPS trough bank cheque.
